How do I purchase items?
If you would like to purchase any of the available items, please contact us by phone (416-256-3150) or email (sales@import-temptations.com) or visit us in store and we can process this order for you. Please note that items are sold on a first-come, first-serve basis and that availability may change. We encourage you to contact us as soon as you are interested to ensure that you receive these items.
What is your returns policy?
Due to the nature of the store being exclusive, one-off pieces, all sales are final. All items are sold AS-IS. If you've got questions about measurements or condition, contact us or visit our showroom and we would be happy to help.
Do you provide delivery?
We are pleased to offer white glove delivery service at an additional cost within the GTA and Southern Ontario. Delivery fees vary based on location, number of pieces and other variables such as condominium deliveries. We would be happy to provide a delivery quote upon purchase.
Can I put items on hold?
Due to the nature of the store being one-off luxury pieces, we are unable to hold items without a 50% non-refundable deposit. Items can be held for a maximum of 14 days before balance is due and delivery or pickup is arranged. If you require longer term storage, we can offer storage service for a fee billed weekly. Pricing depends on the size and quantity of your order.
